The concept for this project was designed by McGavern Design, blending the towns rural vernacular and expressing the contemporary tastes of the clients.

The Arkins design team was brought in during the development of design, adding our staple details and methods of construction to achieve highly functional systems with clean aesthetics while remaining traditionally consistent with the properties surroundings on West Main Rd. Our team also designed the landscaping and custom pool/spa with a spacious cabana, patio, and outdoor shower
